Preface Institutet för rättshistorisk forskning grundat av Gustav och Carin Olin (The Swedish Institute for the Study of History of Law, founded by Gustav och Garin Olin) has earlier published Nordisk Rättshistorisk Litteratur 1941—1949 and Nordisk Rättshistorisk Litteratur 1950—1955. These have been edited by Hillevi Vretblad and are included in Rättshistoriska Studier, vol. I, 1951, and vol. II, 1957. In 1972 appeared Nordisk Rättshistorisk Litteratur 1956—1965. En Bibliografisk Förteckning Sammanställd av Signe Carlsson {Rättshistoriskt Bibliotek, vol. 19). The present work is a sequel to the last-mentioned volume, and the editing has essentially been based on the same principles. For adequate use of the bibliography, the reader is therefore referred to the description of the principles provided in the preface to the volume published in 1972. It should, however, be observed that the list of works is now considerably enlarged: typewritten publications as well as stencilled copies have been included as far as possible. Similarly the section on local history is somewhat more detailed. On the other hand, newspaper articles are omitted entirely. As appears from the title, the bibliography covers the years 1966— 1975. A few works printed earlier have however been included, and similarly, for the sake of completeness, some publications printed in 1976 and 1977 have also been listed. The editor owes a great debt of gratitude to all those who have readily and willingly supplied information on typewritten works and stencilled copies. Without this valuable assistance it would have been impossible for me to augment the bibliography with this kind of material. My thanks are also due to the editors of Dansk Historisk Bibliografi and Svensk Historisk Bibliografi who have been kind and generous enough to allow me to consult material not yet in print for use in the respective bibliographies.
