In 1433 Louis de la Palud, Benedictine monk, since 1431 bishop of Lausanne, 1433 transferred to Avignon, refused to go, 1436 deposed and excommunicated, 1440 cardinal, 1441 bishop of Maurienne, dead in 1451.54 2. In 1448 Johannes (Pastoris?), monk of Cluny, since 1425 bishop of Cork in Ireland, from 1442 to 1449 auxiliary bishop at Utrecht. Died in or after 1462.55 3. In1460 and again in 1466 Jodocus, a Dominican, titular bishop of Hierapolis (Jeropolitanin Asia Minor), who had an annual income of 200 écu de France or 200 florins of the papal chamber from the mensa episcopalis of Utrecht and was granted licence to make a last will concerning up to 1000 florins of the papal chamber. He was born into a high-ranking family from Utrecht, became professor of theology, died in 1469, and was buried in the church of the Dominicans at Utrecht.56 4. In 1462 Johann von Merchteren, a Franciscan, since 1457 titular bishop Libariensis (in Asia Minor). Died in 1472.57 5. In 1463 Johannes Christiani von Schleppegrell, an Augustinian Hermit, since 1428 titular bishop of Mesene (Missinensis, Drizipara, Kariştiran in Thrace), auxiliary bishop for Hildesheim and other dioceses. Died in 1468.58 6. In 1474 Johannes von Eisenberg/Isenburg, a Franciscan friar, auxiliary bishop for Speyer, bishop of Thermopylae (in Greece). Died in 1484.59 7. In 1477 Godefridus Yerwerd, a Benedictine monk, auxiliary bishop for Osnabrück, bishop of Trikala (in Thessaly) since 1471, abbot of Iburg 1472–1476, from 1476 onwards also auxiliary bishop for Utrecht.
